my latest video offering (another coming real soon… if this was me exercising my left brain, my next video is the right):
This is a brief overview of representative democracy, it’s problems, monetary corruption, followed by the answer to these problems, simply put: using our planet as our government.
If you watched this video closely, and have no background in the material, you’ll probably have more questions than answers.

LovE BrothER
thanks brother. means a lot.
and e-mail you back? you have to email me before i can email you back… lol.
well an email post type thing sort of speak per say. you should already know what im going to email and email me back beforeu i email you first
haha alright I’ll just start send you e-mails, replying to conversations we never had, and you can just sit at the computer screen being like ‘what the fuck is this kid on?’
you’re creeping me out. these same thoughts and ideas flow thru my head constantly. trouble is how do you motivate people to do what’s in their best interests, when it goes against conventional, (current and misinformed), knowledge? certainly the press is not going to help, polititians with their 45 day attention span and knee-jerk reationary policy making will not get the job done either. maybe social networking could, but I am not so sure that it is not any less ‘bought and paid for’ than current media. (take BP’s buyout of google, when searching for news on the gulf spill)
I also visit TED (http://www.ted.com/) where a study of 600,000 people showed that as household income (G7 countries) approached $60,000/yr, personal happiness levelled off, that is that a fella making $6,000,000,000/yr wasn’t much, if any, happier than middle class. which begs the question then, why steal all that money for oneself?
the illusion creates the reality because it’s an easier sell. our current levels of consumption cannot be sustained and our current model of government will not be capable of responding when we hit the wall. how do you get someone to vote for you when you tell them that it all has to change. it will have to be very creative and we will need a leader, of the likes that we have never seen or heard, to sell it. I believe that the mechanisms to crush such ideas are already installed, witness fox news. we might consider them puppets of the right, and their reporting, juvenille, but they are effective because people trust ‘the news’. once upon a time, there was real reporting and this sham of a news source is the one that americans tune into most, thinking its still Walter Cronkite quality.
enough ranting of now, more to follow, I am sure
hey troy. I don’t think this type of change can occur through voting, or through leaders, we have to change the people, we have to educate people and spread information. do you know much about the zeitgeist movement? cause that’s what the video is all about.
I cannot claim much knowledge of the zeitgeist movement, but will look into it. If you have mentioned it, I will likely wonder how it was possible for me to have missed it, and will also likely find a few parallels to my thoughts. secular humanism looks like one way, I sure hope it catches on. if we all pitch in to find the real, verifiable truth, it will light our way to real freedom with the same answers no matter where you ask the question.
zeitgeist movement, someone been reading my mind…again. though that’s not really it, I have been waliking in someones footsteps, again, without even knowing it. which is great, since it would appear I am not alone in my world view.
Everyone is the product of their environment, and a lot of people are starting to come to this same realization from a lot of different angles. It’s fascinating to watch, really.
And no, you aren’t alone. I don’t know if you’re on facebook but if you wanna add me I’m always up for talking to people. (link’s on the sidebar) :)
Fantastic video of VP. I have been involved with the movement for 4 months and still learning the logistics of it. I have to say this is one of best linguistics films I have seen. Do you have transcript?
Filming and watching such films is about keeping reality alive, while we live in this fake, fucked up world.
Thanks August :), there is a subbed version w/ a transcript that some nice people I don’t know made up at:
